SC Ready

 

Horry County Schools and Pee Dee Elementary will administer the 2025 SC Ready Assessments in May for students in grades 3-5. ELA is broken down into 3 sections.  Each section is estimated to take about 1 ½ hours.

 

Tuesday, May 13 ELA Reading part A grades 3-5

Wednesday, May 14 ELA Reading part B grades 3-5

Friday, May 16 ELA Writing grades 3-5

Tuesday, May 20 Math grades 3-5

Thursday May 22 Science grade 4 only

 

All students are required to take this test by state law. Please make every effort to have your students present and well rested on these days.  We will make-up tests as needed as soon as possible.   

 

Cell phones, smart watches and bluetooth earbuds are not allowed and violate testing security protocol.  They will not be allowed in the classroom during testing sessions.  Bookbags will be placed in the hallways during test sessions.  Halls are monitored throughout the testing sessions.
